We ship to Canada and the United States only. Shipping fees are shown at checkout. If your order included free shipping, and you return the product, we will deduct the actual shipping cost from your refund. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or incorrect addresses
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery under these conditions: – Items must be unused, in original packaging, and resellable. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Customer pays return shipping. Original shipping fees are not refunded, including cases where free shipping was offered.
If the item from us arrived damaged or was shipped incorrectly due to our mistake, we cover all costs for exchange.
